Shipping and Return Policy

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During holidays there will be delays in shipping orders.  All orders received over holiday closures will be shipped out after the store opens.  Please call 1-888-FAUX-ART with any questions. 

GENERAL SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped 1 day after your order is processed and will normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive depending on shipping method requested. Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours. Any order placed after 4pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. If there is an error or delay that is caused by the customer or the shipping carrier then unfortunately we can not be held responsible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note on all international orders that the customer pays any duties or taxes on shipment. International orders will take longer than domestic and we are unable to give an estimate of delivery time.

RETURN POLICY

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

Any returns of MIDAS Metall® products will require a 15% restocking and must be received back unopened within 1 month of the purchase.
